If you’ve only tried apple-flavored vodka, you’ve never experienced apple vodka made from real apples. At Tradesmen Distillery in Auburn, Washington, our Apple Crisp Vodka starts with Pacific Northwest apples rather than neutral grain spirits and artificial flavorings. The result is a smoother, more authentic apple vodka that captures the flavor of Washington orchards in every bottle.
Distilling vodka with 100% Washington apples is a slower and more expensive way to make craft vodka. It’s worth it.
What Is Apple Crisp Vodka?
Apple Crisp is Tradesmen Distillery’s flagship vodka. It’s a small-batch, apple and cinnamon-flavored craft vodka distilled in Auburn, Washington, made with apples grown in the Pacific Northwest. It is bottled at 60 proof, or 30% alcohol by volume, in a 750 mL bottle.
Washington is the nation’s leading apple-producing state, supplying more than half of all apples grown in the United States. Using fruit grown close to the distillery isn’t simply a sourcing decision. It reflects the agricultural heritage of the Pacific Northwest and allows Tradesmen Distillery to create a Washington vodka rooted in local ingredients rather than artificial flavorings.
How Apple Crisp Vodka is Made
Every batch starts with Pacific Northwest apples and ends with a spirit that is made, tasted, and approved by hand at the distillery in Auburn. The apple base ferments, then runs through the still in small batches, where the cuts are made by taste rather than by schedule. Tradesmen uses Vietnamese cinnamon for its stronger flavor, and steeps each run of vodka in six-gallon batches for just the perfect flavor profile. The finished spirit carries fresh apple up front with a warm cinnamon finish.

What Does Apple Crisp Vodka Taste Like?
Apple Crisp is light and refreshing, with fresh apple character followed by a restrained cinnamon finish. The apple reads as fruit rather than candy, while the cinnamon recalls baking spice rather than added sweetness. Think pie, not candle.
It is a comfortable combination in both directions: at home in a cocktail by the pool on a warm summer day, and equally at home in a toddy by the fire on a cold winter evening.
